JoeDoe is in closed beta. These are plain, general terms for our early users — we'll expand them as JoeDoe grows.
These Terms of Service govern your use of JoeDoe ("we," "us"). By using our website, app, or card, you agree to these Terms.
JoeDoe lets employers give staff a spending stipend on a virtual card, with an optional top-up from a linked personal payment method when a purchase runs over the employer-funded amount. Cards are issued in partnership with a licensed banking or card-issuing partner, and are also subject to that partner's own cardholder terms.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Please use JoeDoe only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law. Don't try to circumvent spend controls, misuse another person's account or card, or use the Service for fraudulent or illegal activity.
Employers pay the subscription fees described at signup. We'll give notice before any pricing change takes effect going forward.
JoeDoe is in active development. We provide the Service "as is," without warranties of any kind, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, JoeDoe isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you (or your employer) paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
You or we may end your access to the Service at any time. We may also suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JoeDoe's operating entity is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms as JoeDoe evolves. We'll post updates here with a new "last updated" date; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
